ENTRY DEADLINE: June 1st 2023. Entries received after this date will only be accepted based on available space and have a late charge. No entries will be accepted at Tournament. ENTER EARLY AS TOTAL PLAYERS WILL BE 24. IF YOU ENTER AFTER June 1st; ADD LATE FEE of $15.00.
EQUIPMENT: Nittaku Plastic 40+ white 3-Star balls. 6 Tournament Tables from BUTTERFLY, with barriers between tables. Wood Vinyl floor.
ELIGIBILITY: All players who are current USATT members, renew or join and players that purchase a USATT Tournament Pass. All events have player entry
limits, so enter early to avoid disappointment. Ratings: the most current ratings available will be used for seeding.
RESTRICTIONS: After the entry deadline, NO REFUNDS. Also, entries received June 1st will be accepted on an available space basis ONLY.

RULES: All USATT rules and dress code will apply. 2 minute maximum warm-up before tournament matches. An umpire will be available, if needed. Tournament directors reserve the right to cancel an event or make adjustments based on the number of players entered in an event. The entrant agrees to abide by the rules of the USATT and decisions of the tournament officials and relieves the sponsors, hosting club, and USATT of liability.
PRIZES: Cash awarded for 1st & 2nd place winners in Super Round Robin Division A, Men’s Open,. Medals for 1st and 2nd place in all other events. No prizes will be awarded for splits, dumps, default losses or no shows.
FEE SCHEDULE:
$45.00 per player for Super Round Robin, $10.00 per player for doubles, $45.00 Open Singles, $20.00 U-1700, Junior Open,
Senior Open events.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: We will have a scoreboard for each table & request that 1 player in round robin that is not currently playing a match keep score.
TOURNAMENT POLICIES: No prizes will be awarded for splits, dumps, default losses or no-shows. The tournament committee reserves the right to modify or cancel events if there are insufficient entrees.
SUPER ROUND ROBIN: (Limited to 24 players)
Players are put into preliminary round robin groups of at least 3 with players of all levels. ALL players will advance from preliminary round robin to medal round robin groups of 3-6 players, based on
win/loss record and number of entrants. We will have 4 skill level groups in medal rounds. Medal round has players compete against others of their skill level.

I understand USATT’s Safe Sport Policy including the organization’s Coaching Policy, which requires that all persons who are engaged in coaching activities at USATT Affiliated Member Clubs and/or USATT Sanctioned Tournaments, except parents or legal guardians coaching their own children, must be fully Safe Sport Compliant, which includes completing SafeSport Training offered by the US Center for SafeSport every year and undergoing a criminal background screen every two years.
I understand that, pursuant to USATT’s Minor Athlete Abuse Prevention Policy, all participants at USATT Sanctioned Tournaments who are over the age of 18 and have regular contact with or authority over minor athletes must complete annual SafeSport Training offered by the US Center for SafeSport.

PERSONS IN POSITIONS OF AUTHORITY MUST BE FULLY SAFE SPORT COMPLIANT
Under USATT Safe Sport Policy, persons holding certain Positions of Authority must complete SafeSport Training offered by the US Center for Safe Sport (once per year) and undergo a criminal background screen (every two years). ADULT PARTICIPANTS REQUIRING SAFESPORT TRAINING
Pursuant to USATT’s Minor Athlete Abuse Prevention Policy, ALL Adult Participants (participants over the age of 18) who have regular contact with or authority over minor aged athletes must complete SafeSport Training offered by the US Center for SafeSport every year (“SafeSport Trained”).

MANDATORY REPORTING
There are certain circumstances where reporting a potential Safe Sport violation is mandatory. These circumstances include: (i) child abuse; (ii) sexual misconduct; (iii) emotional and physical misconduct; (iv) criminal charges and/or dispositions involving sexual misconduct or misconduct involving minors; (v) any abuse of the Safe Sport process. Child abuse must be immediately reported to local law enforcement.
